What are the uses of sealant?

1. Suitable for sealing, plugging, leakproofing and windproofing, both indoors and outdoors (better indoors), with good anti-seepage and anti-leakage effects.
2. Bonding various interior decorations of automobiles, including: metal, fabrics, organic fabrics and plastics.
3. Joining gaskets on heating and cooling equipment.
4. Adding screwless ribs, nameplates and paint-added plastic materials to metal surfaces.
5. Seal windows on oven doors, flues on gas appliances, pipe joints, and channel doors.
6. Provide instant leakproof gaskets for gearboxes, compressors, and pumps.
7. Seal ship holds and windows.
8. Seal glass windows in trailer and truck cabs.
9. Bond and seal equipment parts.
10. Form anti-wear coatings.
11. Inlay and fill thin metal sheet laminates, pipe networks and equipment housings.
Neutral weathering adhesive is suitable for weathering sealing of various curtain walls, and is especially recommended for weathering sealing of glass curtain walls, aluminum-plastic panel curtain walls, and stone dry hanging; joint sealing between metal, glass, aluminum, ceramic tile, plexiglass, and coated glass; joint sealing on the surface of concrete, cement, masonry, rock, marble, steel, wood, anodized aluminum, and painted aluminum. In most cases, no primer is required. Ketone structural adhesive is primarily used for structural or non-structural bonding assembly between metal and glass of glass curtain walls. It can directly connect glass to the surface of metal components to form a single assembly component, meeting the design requirements of fully hidden or semi-hidden frame curtain walls. Structural bonding and sealing of insulating glass.
Restrictions Various silicone glass adhesives are subject to the following restrictions when used:
1. It is not suitable for construction in places that are immersed in water for a long time;
2. It is not compatible with materials that exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents;
3. Frosted or damp surfaces cannot be bonded;
4. It cannot be cured in completely enclosed places;
5. The surface of the substrate is not clean or firm.

Acidic glass glue has the following restrictions:
Acidic silicone glass glue will corrode or fail to bond copper, brass (and other copper alloys), magnesium, zinc, electroplated metal (and other zinc alloys). It is also recommended not to use acidic glass glue on masonry items and carbide iron substrates. Using this product on materials made of methyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene will not achieve good bonding effects and good compatibility. Connections with movement greater than 25% of the joint width are also not suitable for acidic glass glue. It is also best not to use ordinary acidic glass glue on structural glass. In addition, acidic glass glue should not be used in places where there is abrasion and where substantial disadvantages will occur. Silicone acidic glue should not be used when the surface temperature of the substrate exceeds 40°C.
